Innovative by Design
Intellirail’s manufacturing facility, located in Faridabad, is where we innovate and build our cutting-edge AI-powered railway diagnostic products. This is the development, assembly, and testing facility for all our flagship products, including our wheel profile measurement system (IntelliWPMS), rail head inspection system (IntelliScope), and wagon bulge monitoring system. It has been designed for:
- Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for every order
- Development and testing for AI/ML-based products
- Simulation testing under various environmental conditions
- AI-based innovation for railway and metro projects
Built for Excellence
To ensure that all our products are built to excel on the field, we have designed our factory with a 15-foot authentic section of railway track. Manned by a team of skilled technicians and experienced engineers, the factory also houses high quality cameras, lasers, train detection sensors, and infrared pyrometers.
This helps us:
- Mount and calibrate lasers, camera units, sensors, and wayside panels for the wheel profile measurement system.
- Simulate and test real-world performance, vibration tolerance, data acquisition accuracy, and power consumption of newly assembled units before field deployment.
A powerful Data Acquisition & Power Panel replicates the field electronics enclosure (data logger, industrial PC, power supplies) used for software integration and stress testing.
AI Innovation Lab
A dedicated AI/ML team is in-charge of our innovation lab for railway diagnostics. The focus is on:
- Innovating with high-performance computing clusters and cloud access used for model training.
- Developing and refining AI algorithms, such as AI-based track inspection (detecting cracks, missing bolts, ballast issues, etc.) and wagon bulge monitoring.
- Generating datasets to train robust deep learning models.
- Simulations to ensure that models function optimally under different environmental conditions.
